Ok, 4:30pm works. The free zoom has a limit of 40 minutes, so we can use

Officer reports
Holiday bonus for Jimmy
Fence & response from the insurance company
Number of recent unit sales and them becoming rentals
Tree replacement
Anything else?
Also, does anyone have a copy of the other covenants that Sara mentioned?
