[Everyone] Property Tax Appeal

I've met with BOE via zoom previously, they didn't budge on valuation but
froze it for 3 years. I know they want to see lots of comps, and they will
present comps justifying their appraisal, which may not be at all similar
but anything within 3 miles is fair game for them.
Find comps that match what you think the property is worth.
