[Everyone] Property Tax Appeal

 Hey Joanna,
    I've appealed my assessment several times.  Messed it up this year: they sent a follow-up that I did not reply to in time because I was out of the country.  Also, if you want to check with him, I think Vincent just finished working something out with the BOE for his last assessment.  I'm happy to chat about my experiences.
