[Everyone] Tenant moving in tomorrow!

After many weeks of prep we will have our new tenant in tomorrow. His
movers will be here in the late afternoon and he doesn’t expect it to take
more than a couple of hours.

I also know our neighbors at 412 are moving tomorrow so there will be a few
trucks over on this side!
