[Everyone] [External] Mailbox Repair/Replacement

A quick update on the HOA mailbox, the day after that event, the postal services repaired and re-closed the box. To my knowledge there has not been an issue since.

Hi Everyone and Happy New Year! A few matters to be aware of:


  1.  I picked up my mail this evening and found the back of the box completely open. Most of our boxes had mail. Looks like someone took a crowbar to it. You may want to get your mail out if you haven’t yet done so.
  2.  Someone took our recycling bin (#400; smaller bin). I checked around and down the street but didn’t’ spot it. If someone happens to see it, please let us know.
  3.  I sent out a message with quotes for tree service. Please take a look and let me know about next steps.
