Hi Dave, yes, received.

If Joanna is not able to take live notes tonight because of her commitment
to the DOT emergency response team, I volunteer to take notes on her behalf
so that she does not have to spend her time watching the recording later. I
am planning to throw my hat in the ring for secretary for the HOA, anyway.
