[Everyone] ONE WEEK: Next HOA Meeting

Greetings to all.

This message is a reminder that the next HOA Meeting is scheduled for a
week from today--*Sunday, January 25, 2026, 6pm*. It will be an
*online* meeting--via Zoom or some other arrangement.

Dave agreed to facilitate this online meeting. As of the writing of this
message I have not received an invitation or instructions for joining the
meeting. I hope this information is forthcoming.

Please plan to attend this very important meeting. Expect and look for the
invitation from Dave.

Agenda items should include discussion of and decision about a Memo of
Understanding (MoU) in re: rentals and related policy matters;
and election of officers.

As of this writing I have not received the document that was promised by
the committee. Expect and look for the document and read it and be prepared
to discuss and make a decision about it and related matters.
