[Everyone] HOA dues checks

Good morning all:

I've cleaned out and put plastic baggy in my black mailbox on garage (at
340) for anyone who delivers handwritten checks.  Just put in garage
mailbox, I will check daily.  If, for any reason, I will be away at
beginning of month I will alert you.  I am here in February.

Thanks.  I know that many of you have checks sent by your banks, I check
HOA mailbox pretty regularly.  I will deposit all checks when I get them.
(And I know that 2 of you have paid for several months in advance and I
have so recorded, thank you!)
