[Everyone] Question -- has anybody paid HOA dues in advance for 2026 except Jordan?

Hi all --
I am working through my new treasurer duties, have been checking Molly's
records to see who among us has paid HOA dues in lump sums through any
portion of 2026.  I know of only 1 such check and I will notify that
homeowner that i have it and have credited it.  Please let me know if you
have paid for any portion through 2026? I am NOT talking about those of you
who have bank checks sent monthly (and did so for January and have done so
for February) or those of you who drop off checks in my mailbox (You can
start doing that as of tomorrow, I will clean out black mailbox on my
garage today so you can do that.  I will also leave plastic baggy so you
can put check in there so it won't get wet or damaged due to weather.)

Again -- has any of you paid lump sum in HOA dues in advance for 2026?
