[Everyone] Construction work

Hello Everyone,
The major work on our place is done.  Wood floors were laid today and will
be finished soon.  We will have our ducts cleaned on Tuesday morning after
9 am.
The scope of work ended up being larger than we hoped for.  Some of our
upstairs joist were replaced, including all of our bathroom joists, in
order to level the floor and correct improperly installed joist supports.
We also had hvac ductwork rerouted and our hvac system is already
noticeably improved.

We received a complaint that I have not been present while this work was
done.  As some of you know I am in Colorado supporting my brother who is
the primary caregiver of my Mother.  I ended up needing to extend my stay
by a couple weeks.  I apologize to anyone who feels this is inappropriate
on my part.

Looking forward to being home soon.
