[Everyone] Spraying for carpenter bees

To All:    It's that time of year: carpenter bees are out, about, and hungry for your houses' cedar trim. I contacted Expest this morning and they will be at Chelsea Place on Friday, April 4 (between 9 and 11) to spray.  If you want to have your place sprayed on that date please call Expest in advance: (770-938-3400) to make your personal arrangements.  I spoke with Alicia at Expest but she says anyone there can help you.  The cost remains $75/house because they give us a group discount.  They usually bill each homeowner after the spraying.  Their email is Expestoffice at gmail.com.  This is not  an HOA arrangement: each homeowner needs to call Expest separately if they want their home to be included.
