Thank you for your patience, sorry for the delay. I have the prices listed below for the units on Drexel Ave as well as the price to pressure wash your front steps. 

I also have the units that we have information for on file. I should clarify we that we had some issues with unit 408, and we just ask that you do not include them in the email if they still live there.

For any resident who would like to be included, please send me their unit number and whether they would like inside and out or outside only. If they are not in our file already, please also include their name and contact info.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Clean all windows and doors inside and out - $280

Clean all windows and doors outside only - $169

Pressure wash front steps - $125

There will be an additional 10% discount for every customer if 3 or more customers opt in for a cleaning. 

Current units on file – 338, 340, 342, 344, 402, 404
