[Everyone] [External] Property Tax Assessment

Hi all,
I have found that appealing yourself if fairly simple, but it is best to
provide comps if possible. I've had mixed success with our different
properties. Already sent in my appeal for 412. All the real estate websites
price us around 550,000. Ridiculous 30% increase in one year.
