Dave, Thanks for the offer. My suggestion is that you remain in
communication with others working on the project. I leave it to you all to
agree on how to approach and divide the labor.

In the meantime, we cannot have you without so much time on your hands.

First, I remind you that we are counting on you to facilitate our virtual
meeting next month. I leave it to you to set things up--from invitation and
link to effective moderation.

Second, I remind you that you agreed to serve on the ByLaws committee,
along with Molly and Ron, from which we expect by the end of this month a
MOU text in re: regulations around rentals and related matters. I hope you
are in communication with the others.

Third, if you need or are open to doing more for CP, I have some research
work relevant to our situation as HOA that would be helpful. Let me know
(one to one communication) if you are interested.
