[Everyone] Tree Trimming/Removal Project

Greetings to all.

It has been brought to my attention that some limbs or trees on the
property need to be trimmed or removed and replaced. This is a project that
goes beyond the scope of the ongoing but limited agenda of the Landscape
Committee. So I am asking for a volunteer (or two) to take on this project
as part of the ongoing contribution to the self-management of CP HOA.

This project should involve contacting professionals to survey the property
to make recommendations and provide estimates of cost for recommended work.
At least two companies should be contacted.

The recommendations, including specific items and their costs, should be
submitted to me. After consultation with other officers, I'll communicate
final recommendations and project details to all CP HOA owners.

I remind all how important it is that all of us understand and appreciate
that the work of managing CP falls to all of us, not one or two
individuals. Until management arrangements are changed we should all act
responsibly and with a sense of neighborliness.
