[Everyone] Total blocking of ingress and egress of our townhouses

I have just written to the project manager telling her that it is
unacceptable to me as a resident for the workers to block ingress and
egress into and out of our development, and therefore blocking my entry
and departure from MY home, especially when there are large trucks
blocking the way in the middle of the street seemingly just idling, doing
nothing. I also advised her that the foreman told me the trucks would be
positioned here -- again, for the third time -- blocking our development
come Monday, even though he told me yesterday that the team and the workers
would NOT be here today, that they would be moving up the block with the
work. I will let you know if I get a response from her. The project
manager had previously told me -- in writing -- that we would be able to go
to and from our homes during the work.
