[Everyone] bylaws from other places

My apologies for not getting back to everyone sooner. I have attempted to
locate copies of bylaws from comparable communities, but have had limited
success.  Below, I have shared some that I have found, but they are all
larger communities.  Leafmore has a particularly comprehensive set of pdfs
on their website, including separate documents for bylaws and regulations,
which is something to consider, perhaps.

There is a site (https://hoa-community.com/location/ga/decatur-ga/page/4/)
that lists most condo associations in Decatur (except ours) and provides a
tiny bit of information about each. It is an interesting glimpse for
comparative purposes.

unaware of previously.  There may be some benefit from contacting folks
listed here:   https://www.decaturga.com/community/page/neighborhood-groups.


Not sure how to proceed, just wanted to update everyone with what I have
been able to find.
