[Everyone] Proposed HOA Meeting Date

 Vincent,    I didnt reply because I was not sure when I would be returning: my schedule is dependant on Uzma’s.  We have moved to Massachusetts and her new job takes priority.  She just received her work schedule for June yesterday.  Nothing yet for July, so don’t expect me.  Happy to attend remotely if that is offered.  I will be in town for a week or two next week and the week following.  Time for a walk?

It was disappointing not to get a response to the poll from all owners.  Perhaps, the problems with the protocol was a factor; I'm not sure. At any rate, I hope that all owners will now do what they can to attend the meeting as proposed. There are important issues we should address as a group. All owners should be present. Please try to do what you can to attend the meeting.
I would like to ask Jordan if he would be willing to take the lead (in cooperation with Sara) in setting up the outdoors space for the meeting. 
After consultation with other officers, the agenda will be proposed for consideration. You should feel free to submit issues for consideration.
