[Everyone] Proposed HOA Meeting Date

Greetings to all.

I would like to propose Saturday July 20, 7pm for our summer 2024 meeting.
Please mark your calendars.
The date seemed the best among possibilities checked by those who responded
to the poll.

It was disappointing not to get a response to the poll from all owners.
Perhaps, the problems with the protocol was a factor; I'm not sure. At any
rate, I hope that all owners will now do what they can to attend the
meeting as proposed. There are important issues we should address as a
group. All owners should be present. Please try to do what you can to
attend the meeting.

I would like to ask Jordan if he would be willing to take the lead (in
cooperation with Sara) in setting up the outdoors space for the meeting.

After consultation with other officers, the agenda will be proposed for
consideration. You should feel free to submit issues for consideration.
