Dear Neighbors/CP Owners:

I am with this message calling a meeting of the Chelsea Place HOA for this
summer 2024. (A Saturday evening outdoors.)

A polling mechanism for agreeing on some available and preferred dates has
been provided. See link below. Please fill out the poll and submit as soon
as possible so that a date can be set. (My thanks to our secretary Joanna
for her assistance.)

Once a date has been set and after consultation with other officers I'll be
in communication again in re: agenda.
