[Everyone] Branch removal services?

Thank you, Sarah. I’ll have to deal with this one way or the other, but I would of course be happy to have HOA support.
My insurance broker said I should handle ASAP. It sounds like they will issue the official notice of intention to drop coverage on 1/22 and that it must be done before 2/15 to give them time to rescind before my policy expires at end of February.
