Vincent, first I want to thank you for being willing to take on the post of president for the HOA.  In years past, next to the role of the vice president, the president had few pressing issues.  On the contrary, you have had far too many issues in your first year as president.  Some have consumed many hours of your precious time.  I just want to let you know how very much I appreciate all that you have been doing to present the issues and to resolve them in a most professional manner.
 
Please know that I am willing to help in any many that you see fit.
