With 100% participation, here are the results of the survey.  The following questions asked you to rate them on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being least favorable and 5 being most favorable.

Owners renting out units as Air B&B or other short term (less than 6 months) lease arrangement.  Avg. score: 3.5
Owners renting out units to full-time tenants on 6 – 12 month leases. Avg. score: 2.4
Owners renting through a 3rd party management company. Avg. score: 3.2
Tenants being non-compliant with noise. Avg. score: 4
Tenants being non-compliant with trash. Avg. score: 3.6
Tenants being non-compliant with parking. Avg. score: 3.3
Tenants being non-compliant with number of occupants. Avg. score: 3.2
Tenants being non-compliant with not contributing to the work of the HOA. Avg. score: 2.4
Fair and equitable application of rental rules to all owners. Avg. score: 4
Enforcement of additional rental rules in the bylaws. Avg. score: 3.4

The following questions you were asked to answer Yes or No to indicate if you were in favor of them.

Require the length of leases to be no less than 6 months. In favor: 82%
Limit the percentage of units that can be rented at any one time. In favor: 27%
Impose a limit on the number of occupants in a rental unit. In favor: 55%
Clearly state HOA noise ordinance aligned with the City of Decatur: In favor: 91%
Define a process for informing HOA of intent to lease. In favor: 64%
Define mechanism and personnel for enforcing bylaws. In favor: 73%
Define conditions for contractor/visitor vehicles in the driveway. In favor: 55%
Define expectations for renting owners regarding maintenance, participation in HOA. In favor: 82%
Impose extra fees for owners who do not participate in HOA or maintain rental property. In favor: 64%
Impose a fine on tenants/owners if not in compliance with bylaws (regarding noise, trash, general upkeep). In favor: 73%
Do you foresee any circumstances in which you would rent your unit in whole or in part? In favor: 73%
Would you support wording that attempted to limit corporate investors from buying units (if that were possible)? In favor: 73%
