"We do provide soft washing for customers. This cleans the sides of homes using a pressure washer to spray a mixture of bleach and soap onto the homes. We can do this for $150 for middle units and $200 for end units. We would complete this prior to cleaning the windows so that the windows get cleaned after spraying the house. We would also apply the 10% discount to this price if over 5 units sign up. Let me know if you have any questions."

I apologize for the slow response. I had to find the previous pricing in my email from 2 years ago. We have had to do some price increases over the past couple years, so the prices are slightly higher than the last time; However, we will provide a 10% discount if there are 5 or more people that sign up for the cleanings. 

Unit 408 – Clean all windows inside and out $258 / Clean all windows outside only $178

Units 410 & 412 – Clean all windows inside and out $247 / Clean all windows outside only $166

Units 338, 340, 342, 344, 400, 402, 404 & 406 – Clean all windows inside and out $221 / Clean all windows outside only $155 (End units would be an additional $30 as they have several windows on the side)
