[Everyone] Committee Projects

Greetings to all.

I want to confirm the composition of committees and their assignments on
behalf of the CP HOA.


1/Drafting Committee: to submit Rules and Regulations for All
Owners/Residents (Growing out of Matters Pertaining to Property Rental, but
including Other Related Matters:

Lauren
Mark
Joanna
Maryann

Goal: to submit (based on consultation and research and outreach) a draft
for HOA consideration before end of November 2023


2/Trees/Landscape Issues: to take actions in re: vulnerable and unsafe
trees (in response to detected rotting tree on other side of north-south
fence along driveway; and in response to concerns about the safety and
health of three trees along east-west driveway; and other special landscape
issues to be brought to our attention)

Sara
Lauren
Jordan


Goal: in light of my letter sent last month (mid-Sept), to follow up with
neighbor on other side of fence (and then arborist and City of Decatur), in
re: removal of rotting tree; and in consultation with arborist, in re:
testing of other trees; and collection of contributions to cover testing

Please take up necessary and appropriate communication with one another in
order to move our agenda interests along.

Thanks to all listed above for their willingness to support these HOA
interests in these projects.
