[Everyone] Chelsea Place HOA informal meeting

Good afternoon Everyone,

As you are all aware we need to schedule an informal Chelsea Place
Homeowners Association meeting to talk through the issues discussed in
Vincent's e-mail, attached.  As the issues affect everyone directly we
would like to have 100% attendance.  We propose a Sunday evening in July at
5 pm.  Since we are aware that everyone is busy, once a date is selected,
we will set up a virtual meeting for everyone to access.

Please let me know asap as to your availability for:

July 9
July 16
July 23
July 30
