[Everyone] Proposed Agenda for Tomorrow's Meeting

Putting on the record my objection to the meeting July 30th being a formal,
"official" HOA meeting. It has been my understanding from the beginning
that this was to be an informal, open discussion of people's opinions,
issues and concerns surrounding the rental issues that have been expressed
by some homeowners.

Had it been made clear that this was to be an official meeting I would not
have agreed to this scheduling. As it stands now, I am out of town and do
not have full access to meeting materials.  Notwithstanding my location, my
Decatur house is still without internet so I would not have access if I was
there.
