[Everyone] Tree down

Thanks ronald! I just went through the one hour phone gymnastics to
actually get a live body at xfinity. She told me that they are sending a
tech out tomorrow Sunday anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to fix the
downed lines. She also said that if they don't have enough techs on duty
tomorrow we could get pushed off even further. She suggested that if tech
did not come out tomorrow, it is a good idea to call the city office to see
if the city has better xfinity contact to get downed lines fixed. I will do
this on Monday if no tech tomorrow. She also said it's a good idea to call
Xfinity individually and to request a tech to come out to your house which
I have done and I have an appointment on tuesday. I suspect that this will
be a five to seven day process. I agree that we are likely to be without
service for a number of days (because communications companies aren't
accountable to anyone).
