[Everyone] Tree down

I think the city of Decatur was already on it before I did anything! A
couple of years ago it took four or five days to get power restored because
the city of Decatur and Georgia Power were arguing over which came first
whether Decatur had to remove the tree or whether Georgia Power had to come
out and turn off the power it was like Keystone Cops and extremely
frustrating. I think the city manager remembered it and probably got on it
before I even emailed her. By the way I sent her an email early this
morning telling her how much we appreciated her efforts.
