[Everyone] Tree down

Just heard from City manager's office that they cannot remove the tree
until Georgia Power turns the power off. The city manager advised that the
city is waiting to hear from Georgia power as to when they intend to do
that. Once Georgia Power turns the power off then city of Decatur can
remove the tree. I asked the city manager's office to let me know when they
hear from Georgia power as to when they will shut off the power.
