[Everyone] 344 Fascia & Soffit

Hi all-

Thanks to some wood rot and naughty wildlife, the fascia and soffit on the
front of my home is in rough shape. I'm working with my contractor to
replace them with Hardie board because of the ongoing issues with moisture
and squirrels impacting my roofline. It will be installed to match
appearance and color of the current fascia/soffit.

Two follow up items:

1) Given that I don't plan to change the appearance of my home, I don't
think I need approval from HOA, but want to be sure. Do I need an approval
for this?
2) Assuming I can proceed, this is likely to happen some time in the next
week or so. Hopefully there will be minimal disruption to the community,
but wanted to make everyone aware.
