[Everyone] Pressure washing quotes

Mitsy,
Thanks for putting in a call about this; Joanna asked the question I also
have: is this just windows, or is it pressure washing too, and pressure
washing what exactly? If I recall, it was front steps. Likely we would join
the list, but I did want clarification.

While I'm here, I'd also like to ask a few basic questions about Mel's idea
of purchasing a pressure washer.  While it makes good economic sense, I
wonder:

   - Where will it be kept?
   - What/who takes responsibility for it if/when it breaks?
   - It should not be assumed that Mr. Ringer would (want to) do this work.
   I don't think they are complicated machines, and if purchased I'm sure
   homeowners could use them themselves.
