[Everyone] Pressure washing

That is an interesting idea indeed. Not sure how much a good one cost and
how much we pay to Jimmy (or whoever we ask) to do but maybe worth looking
into it? I just know my unit really need a good cleaning and I don't have
an equipment nor time to do so myself. I will let you know when I hear the
quote from the company.
