[Everyone] REMINDER: HOA Meeting

Hi all,
As we discussed in the meeting this evening, I will be collecting your
individual lists of *concerns* and *suggestions*
regarding the issue of rental units.  Dave and I will generate a brief
survey with all of your ideas with options for comments, so that we have a
clearer picture of how all of the members of Chelsea Place feel about
potentially updating the bylaws.

following:

1. What are some potentially problematic issues that concern you about
rentals in Chelsea Place?

2.In your opinion, what specific restrictions or rules changes to the
bylaws should we research, discuss, and possibly adopt to address these
concerns?

3. What concerns do you have about such restrictions or rules?

4.  Is there anything else you would like to add?
