[Everyone] August 6th Zoom Meeting

Sara -- we did not get written opinion from lawyer, we will report on what
he said. Also comparing the 2 sets of by laws (Vincent forwarded to us a
set from u,), it turns out they are identical. There is only 1 set, dating
back to 1985, as I recall. (If there is different version which preceded
it, we have not seen it.)
