Yes.  Maryann received a quote in the amount of $8,100.  Melvin Holimon, who did my stone and brick work gave us a quote of $4,000, which includes repairing the stucco,  pressure washing, painting and adding a large natural stone on the top of the seven columns to give it a more finished look.  (To get an idea about the natural stone,  see the stone column at the front of my house with the lantern on top. )

Ron and I are having some work done on our house and wanted to let each of you know. There are 3 items below that I want to mention:

  1.  For anyone interested in gutter cleaning, we just scheduled with ‘A Better Gutter Cleaning’ 844-473-9101. There is a $10 discount for Chelsea Place owners who schedule before they come out to our place next week

  1.  We are having someone come out to assess and give us an estimate for external stucco repairs; He said that he would offer a discount if several of us want to have work done. If anyone else is interested in having stucco work done, let us know.

  1.  We will let everyone know when we are ready for interior work to begin throughout our house. Among other things, we are having our kitchen updated. To make it more functional, we plan to finish out the countertop and have our large street-facing window replaced to be the same height as the other kitchen window such that the kitchen windows extend evenly across the East wall. Please let us know in the next few days if you have any concerns or questions as we move forward.
