My apologies to all of my neighbors,  especially to Mary Ann.   I woke up early this morning realizing that l failed to discuss your tree needs.  Dana has a copy of the 9 areas of the complex that need tending to.   I will call him this a.m. to see if he can zoom in by camera to take a picture of Mary Ann's roofline and side.  If not, I'll take a photo and text same to him.

The verbal approximate estimate that Certified  Tree Service provided did not include taking down the red bud tree at the rear of Mark's home.

The owner, Dana gave us a price of $1700 for everything, including taking down the red bud tree behind Mark's home.  It's been pruned so many time that it's become unattractive,  plus it has cancers throughput the trunk.  Best Price has worked twice for us in the past; so, I recommend we go with this company.   May I have approval to proceed.   They can come out asap.
