[Everyone] Update on Tree Service Needs

In walking around the complex with Mr. Jose Sesmas, arborist with Certified Tree Experts, we found additional limbs that need to be cut back or pruned.  Listed below are the revisions.  Jose estimated the cost to be around $2500.  We will receive another quote on Saturday.  Please let me know if you have questions or concerns.

1.  First dogwood near HOA entrance has a dead limb which will be cut out/
2.  Large oak tree at HOA driveway entrance has several dead limbs that will be cut out.
3.  #340 - Crepe myrtle limbs will be cut back from rooftop.
4.  #342 - Large limb hanging over rooftop will be cut back to the trunk of tree;                          crepe myrtle limbs will be cut back from rooftop.
5.  #344 - Three trees in alleyway - 1 tree has a dead limb hanging in it; the cherry                    laurel tree hanging over rooftop will be cut back to truck (very invasive);                    and the third small dead tree in alleyway will be cut down.
6.  #400 - Oak tree branches that are hanging directly on or close to rooftop will be                  cut back; cut out numerous dead limbs from tree; and remove dead limb                  hanging in a tree at the rear of home. 
7.  #402 - River birch needs pruning away from rooftop
8.  #406 - Japanese Maple on left side of house and two trees in the back that are                     near or touching the deck.  - all will be pruned back
9.  #410 -  Crepe myrtle on rear and at front of home will be pruned away from                           upstairs deck and garage rooftop.
