I concur with Vincent that we need to set a date for a meeting.  Those who are unable to attend should give their vote to another HOA member to insure we have a quorum.   

The items that need to be addressed from my perspective are:  1) election of officers; 2) repair of stucco columns between the metal fence inside the complex, and 3) establish in our bylaws the maximum number of rental units at one given time where the owner is not living in the dwelling.

If weather does not permit meeting on the alleyway patios, you are welcome to meet in my home.
