[Everyone] Entrance lights

I suggest the president of the HOA arrange for an electrician to check out
the lighting and make the appropriate decision for the situation.

I also suggest there be some movement on or agreement in re: next meeting
for owners. So that we can make progress in addressing a number of issues.
