days) to be wildly expensive to me. But this is certainly not my area of
expertise. With this sort of problem we should want to have experienced
professionals to do comprehensive work in the right way--with opportunity
for redress, to be sure. This will cost us; but we must now, with this and
other problems, resolve to pay a fair price to top-notch services. And do
so before problems get worse.

I am not sure what you mean, Sara, about someone contacting the company's
electrician. If you need another person to follow up with communication and
if another company should be contacted, someone needs to join you in this
effort.

Dave, you continue to serve as president (for more than another month). I
want to respect this situation. I recommend you be the one to follow up or
get another owner-resident to join Sara in this project. (Again, my view:
all owner-residents should be open to assisting with these efforts. No one
person is paid to work for the rest of us!) We do not assume you as
president must do all the work (nor should Sara), but you should be
responsible for coordination of effort. I think we need to have the
electrical issues and problems addressed as soon as possible.

What about a small (2 person) ad hoc committee? We have as a collective or
Association already decided to address the problem. I do not think we all
need to be communicated with about each step along the way. The small
committee should move forward and make a final recommendation to us when it
is ready to do so.

Accept all of the above as my effort to provide constructive suggestions
and recommendations.
