[Everyone] WHOOPS -- dues increase immediately, as of July 1, not August 1

WHOOPS!
Sara and Vincent just corrected me. The dues change begins immediately --
that is, as of July 1.
I apologize for my mistake. Dave's email yesterday gave the correct
information.

I blame the heat.
