[Everyone] Cookout

Hi everyone.  We are planning a cookout on the patios after our meeting on Sunday, June 12th.  I will need some help with setup and breakdown to begin around 3 pm.  Please let me know if you are available to help.

Also, please let me know by Thursday: 1) if you will attend and 2) what food item(s) you will bring.  Rosamond volunteered to bring slaw.  I will bring potato salad.  Need some suggested items?  Baked beans, cookies, chips and dips, cake, pasta salad, cheese and/or fruit trays are just a few food items that come to mind.
