I'm not sure how to explain the situation you described. Except, I provided
the phone number that was on a promotional card mailed to me. Perhaps, the
number is linked to a different corporate office. Not sure. Maybe my
contact was a local person.  At any rate, the rate you listed is according
to my research in the ballpark of services rendered.
