[Everyone] re restricting rentals -- looks like 2-step process: need amendments to: (1) adopt Georgia Property Owners Association Act,; and (2) amend by laws to restrict rentals

I think it also might b a good idea to figure out what consensus is of
group. (I am personally up in the air on this issue, such that I would
support whatever group consensus is.) What I mean is: (1) does assn want to
restrict or prohibit short term rentals (e g., airbnb); (2) and/or longer
term rentals;(3) and/or just limit the number of townhouses that can be
rented at any given time long or short term, or both;  or (4) just want to
make sure any tenants comply w assn rules; or (5) is there something else
we are trying to accomplish. I guess my question is what does group want?
Specifically? THEN maybe go spend $ to ask lawyer how we accomplish this?
