[Everyone] Contractors

Here's my contractor's information, if anyone is interested. He was
recommended to me by my realtor, and she uses him for her own home as well.
Ilya did quite a bit of work for me when I moved in and his team has come
back several times since then to work on a variety of other projects--
installed new water heater, built a rail on the retaining wall on my patio,
performed masonry work on my front steps, installed new gutters, made some
basic repairs to bathroom and kitchen, installed new flooring, installed
Trex on my deck, replaced some wood rot on the front of my home with parti
board and painted to match the remaining wood, and several other smaller
projects. They haven't done stucco repair for me, yet, but Ilya has a
"stucco guy" he trusts, and they've actually already submitted a quote for
our stucco columns. Basically, anything I ask about, Ilya has "a guy." He's
been easy to work with and pretty responsive. I don't think they're the
cheapest option, but his team has been quality and trustworthy.  Their
website notes they serve the North Atlanta area, but I have not had any
issues with them coming here. Always gives a quote in advance. and he
hasn't gone over that number with me once.
