[Everyone] Treasurer's reminder of August 1 changes

Thanks Rosamond! I will be looking into how we make Zelle/Venmo/etc an
option for everyone as an alternative once we make the transition over to
myself. Will keep everyone in the loop but happy to organize drop offs or
continue using Rosamond’s mailbox for hopefully a short period of time.
