[Everyone] Issues with the fence

Good evening,
On my walk this evening, I had occasion to closely examine the new fence
Accurate installed, and I have a couple of issues I'd like to raise.

First, the post and rail that ends at the steps between Mark and Sara's
house is quite loose. That seems problematic, given that the fence is only
a couple of months old.

Second, Accurate left the old fence panel over the creek between Molly and
Sara's house (on Molly and Sara's side of the property). So fencing looks
pretty funky here -- one old panel but all the rest is new fencing. Was
this part of the original quote? Shouldn't this be consistent?  I went back
to look at what Accurate said they would do, and I can no longer pull up
those PDF's that Jordan sent to everyone back in March.

Since Accurate is coming back out to finish the job at some point, could
you take a look at the fence and or the proposal/quote documents and
register your thoughts about this?
