[Everyone] Fwd: Pressure washing driveway and steps

Howdy neighbors,

With this extraordinarily wet summer, our outside steps have become
carpeted with a thick green moss.  I've contracted with Kevin Fuller with
Fish Window cleaning (they did our windows this spring) to come and
pressure wash our front stoop on Wednesday, September 15th.

If you'd like them to do your windows, gutters, or pressure washing on
the 15th,  please give him a call directly and let him know you are part of
the Chelsea Place Townhomes.  You can see their pricing, below. I was very
pleased with the job they did on our windows.  They have a hard time doing
the skylights completely, but they got most of the gunk off.

Pressure washing:



Pressure wash driveway and steps (units with 3 steps) $75 (additional $15
to remove oil spots if needed)

Pressure wash steps only (units with 3 steps) $40



Pressure wash driveway and steps (units with more than 3 steps) $150
(additional $15 to remove oil spots if needed)

Pressure wash steps only (units with more than 3 steps) $80



Window cleaning:



Unit 408 – Clean all windows inside and out $225 / Clean all windows
outside only $155



Units 410 & 412 – Clean all windows inside and out $215 / Clean all windows
outside only $145



Units 338, 340, 342, 344, 400, 402, 404 & 406 – Clean all windows inside
and out $192 / Clean all windows outside only $135 (End units would be an
additional $25 as they have several windows on the side)
