[Everyone] Emergency Meeting - Special assessment for fencing

Molly,

The fence along the back property line has been overdue for replacement.
We had started discussion on replacing it last year, but then got derailed
when our insurance company gave us notice that we had to put in
additional fencing and railings along Drexel Ave and the walkway alongside
your unit or our policy would not be renewed.  They did renew the policy,
but made it clear that the work still had to be performed.  At some point,
if the back fence is not replaced or repaired, I believe it will become a
safety hazard.
